The three files contained in this packet represent a strange, exciting new avenue of exploration for Investigators such as yourself.

After months of tireless work by BUREAU operatives and researchers, we have established a drowsing pathway leading us beyond the complexities of the human consciousness. A place where standing out is punished, horrors persist, but people strive to push to explore and define themselves nevertheless.

This alternate reality is better known as THE SUBLIME.
